Since she was a teenager, Dr. Taylor has been under regular chiropractic care. As an athlete for the majority of her young and adult life, she understood the benefits early on, crediting it as a natural means of helping her recover faster and reach optimal performance levels that lead to her winning the 1990 National Olympic Weightlifting Title!

Because Dr. Taylor recognized how powerful chiropractic was in her own life, she decided a career as a chiropractor was the perfect way for her to give back to the world. She attended Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena where she received her Doctorate of Chiropractic.

Dr. Taylor loves to spread the power of chiropractic to whomever she can, especially to kids and athletes as they’re two groups that can reap tremendous rewards from the natural adjustments she provides.

When Dr. Taylor isn’t helping patients feel better, she enjoys spending time with her granddaughters and niece. She is still extremely active and likes to surf, paddleboard and works out regularly. Dr. Taylor wants to always provide the best care for her patients, which leads her to regularly attend courses and lectures.
